Wasima Farah is a Somali Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Actor based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota with 6+ years of experience working with brands and organizations such as Target, Red Bull, Pollen Midwest, Tabloid Art History, Augsburg University, University of Minnesota and more with a Bachelor's in Business and Marketing Education from CEHD College of Education and Human Development (UMN). She is a Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist at Soomaal House of Art and Creative Director at The Digital Sisterhood. Her work varies from vibrant illustrations to videography centering Muslim Women and inspired by our everyday stories. Her goal is to create art that others can relate to and showcase geniune narratives with Islamic core values and perspectives.
